Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2025. MindCore is a nonprofit product effort; an early version was showcased at the AI GENIUS Olympiad.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MindCore ("the Service"), a mental health support product with AI-assisted features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. MindCore is offered by a nonprofit foundation as an early-stage demonstration while we iterate; it was also presented at the AI GENIUS Olympiad.
2. Description of Service
MindCore offers evidence-based emotional support through a compute-efficient design, including CBT-informed conversation, mood tracking, and AI-powered insights. The system uses a fine-tuned response model, context-aware routing, and a crisis-aware response path. The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health care, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Not Professional or Emergency Care
MindCore does not provide medical, psychological, or crisis intervention services. If you are in crisis or danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. The Service may direct you to crisis resources but cannot replace them. Use the Service for self-reflection and general emotional support only, and seek qualified professionals for clinical needs.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You may not use it to harm others, attempt to extract training data, circumvent safety features, or misuse the AI or infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or to protect the Service and other users.
5. Early-stage service
MindCore is under active development. Availability, features, and data practices may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes. By using the Service you acknowledge its evolving nature and the limitations described in our Privacy Policy and in these Terms.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes we will provide notice where practicable (e.g. in-app or by email if we have it).
7. Contact
For questions about these Terms or the Service, contact the MindCore team via the website. MindCore is developed by Ani Çekja (Medrese Liria, Albania).
